several bugfixes, minor improvements.
07/08/2004: version 1.2.6
source and Mac10.3 disk image: bug fixes
- fixed important bug in feffit() that had 'polluted' path lists, so that doing a second fit in a session using fewer paths would use some leftover paths. The correct path list is now used.
- fixed reading of feff.inp in feff6, so that system-dependent line ending problems don't cause feff to stop.
- improved some plotting attributes, so that location of legend, and colors of arrows and markers can be customize.
02/09/2004: version 1.2.5a for Windows
fixes a serious bug preventing plotting!
02/05/2004: version 1.2.5 (source kit, windows exe, Mac OS 10.3 disk image)
Changes include:
- improved feff path lists
- fixed problems with spline() clamps
- fixed problems with restraints in feffit(),
- chi_noise() now estimates 'kmax_suggest', approximately the k-value above which the data is dominated by noise.
- added random() command to generate arrays of random numbers.
- screen messages for autobk/feffit/feff6 are now sent to a *.run file, and any errors cause a *.err file to be written. On Windows and Mac, the 'choose an input file' wrapper for these programs warn if an error happened, and offer to show you the *.run file.
