Viewing Data from GSECARS 13ID-C Microprobe
The data from the GSECARS Microprobe is kept in an ASCII format.
Data viewing program: binaries and source code:
- Stable Version Sept 07, 2006 (Version 2.0.4)
an installer for Windows of a standalone executable for viewing
GSECARS data (XRF maps, XRF spectra and XAFS data).
This latest version should fix many of the plotting problems
of the previous version.
