This is the entire 208 page monstrosity as a postscript file. (2.5 Mb)
These archive files contain every latex file, bibtex file, style file, figure, etc that I used in my thesis. There is a lot of stuff in here. It may or may not compile on your machine. (2.2 and 2.4 Mb, respectively)
Some people decided to make knowledge into property. That wasn't
capitalism speaking; that was a greedy scam. There wasn't anything
normatively acceptable about it. It contravened the freedom of speech
and ideas. We [don't] engage in it because it [excludes] people from
ideas.
